Special Report: Blood Tests That May Save Your Life

Maylin Rodriguez-Paez, RN

Many people think that if they lower their cholesterol and eat right, they can successfully head off a heart attack. We only wish it were that cut and dry.

The unfortunate reality is there are at least 17 different risk factors for heart disease alone. Thankfully, most of them are detectable with the right blood tests. The key here, of course, is knowing which tests to take.
