I detoxify on regular bases and I support my liver function with supplements. I am currently using NAC, ALA and the wonderful Life Extension Milk Thistle. I addition, I eat foods that help me detoxify my body: beets, horseradish, cilantro, onions and garlic. I brush my body and use foot detox patches to support the process.
